Job Description:
Shop Foreman Fabricator needed. Duties will include fitting, tig welding, grinding, polishing, and layout from blueprints of pipe for the brewing and bottling industry. The pipe used will include Stainless Steel 3030, 304, 316, 2205, Schedule 20 and 40 as well as Carbon steel Schedule 40 and 80. You will also be responsible for quality control throughout the process to include fabrication layouts before cutting holes, witnessing and verifying hydrostatic tests, as well as documenting and following up on non-conformances. You must have sanitary and P&ID experience. You will also be leading a team of 4 Pipefitters to ensure they’re following shop floor procedures and techniques to include include time tracking using Scanco and ADP. ERP experience is a plus. Travel will be less than 10% of your time and will include mileage and per diem when required. Day one benefits include 401k with 5% match on 7% contribution, short and long term disability, company paid $50k life insurance, 56 hours of sick/personal time prorated as well as 3 floating holidays and 9 observed holidays. Benefits after 90 days include medical, paid dental and vision, and two weeks of PTO prorated your first year. You must have basic tools of the trade and will be required to take a weld test your first day. You may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check upon arrival.
